The VI Finatlon Forum at Moscow Polytechnic University Brought Together Young Scientists from Russia and Abroad

On April 15, the VI Finatlon Forum concluded at Moscow Polytechnic University—an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to issues of sustainable development, investment, and financial risk. For more than 900 young scientists, students, graduate students, and educators, the forum served as a unique platform to showcase.  

The plenary session of the forum brought together leading experts in the field of economics and finance. Among the speakers were:  

— Mikhail Mamuta, Head of the Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights in Financial Services and Financial Accessibility;  

— Mikhail Golovnin, Director of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and Corresponding Member of RAS;  

— German Klimenko, Head of the Digital Economy Development Fund.  

The preliminary stage of the forum identified finalists whose projects stood out for their scientific rigor and practical relevance. More than 70 top works were selected, demonstrating outstanding achievements in the field of sustainable development and financial innovations.  


This year, the competition saw participation not only from representatives of the Russian Federation but also from international delegates, including, such as the People’s Republic of China, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Turkmenistan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Albania, and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The participants' works covered a wide range of relevant and timely topics.  


The Chairman of the Forum’s Organizing Committee, Professor Igor Kostikov, noted: "The next VII Finatlon Forum is planned for September 2025, with the final conference taking place from November 24 to 26. We see a steady increase in both the number of participants and the quality of submitted works, and we hope for further development of the Finatlon Forum."

The VII International Scientific and Practical Conference will bring together students, graduate students, young educators, and specialists from different parts of the world. Under the motto "Professionals of the Future," it will serve as a platform for knowledge exchange, discussion of modern trends, and the formation of new ideas in the field of sustainable development and finance. Participants will have the opportunity not only to present their work but also to interact with leading experts, opening new horizons for their professional growth.
